Two forms of capital A. The modern form A seems to be more formal, and it tends to be found regularly only in the word "Anno" in the dating of indictments. The other capital form a looks like an enlarged minuscule.   Peikola
Capital W (and V?) occasionally has a distinct sectretary form with an initial flourish   Peikola
Two forms of capital D -- one with a looped ascender and an enlarged initial curve (see Tannenbaum 1930:99 No 4), another looking like an elongated "O"   Peikola
